Another view of just how bad it was!
So much better after priming with two coats of latex Kilz, Now it is beginning to look better to me.
Some of the guides on the drawers had to be fixed and one was completely missing, here they are with the primer.
I used a very soft blue for the base, (it was a mixture of some left over paint and i just blended until I liked the color) I saw a sideboard in Kirklands that gave me the idea for the color.
Looking so much better, I was beginning to get excited to see the final product at this point.
The top actually had some raised places in it, but after painted, they didn't show up very much.
Sammy has to be in all the pictures to, he laid up in the cabinet when I didn't have the drawers in there.
He doesn't go with the new (old) sideboard.
The new owners will pick it up in the morning and finally I will have more space in my garage for yet another garage sale treasure.

Great job. It is quite time consuming but in the end it is all worth it.

you could have left the old lady out of the picture. It would have turned out better. Just kidding. Love you.
